STRESZCZENIE
Niniejszy artykuł przybliża zagadnienie wdrażanie systemu zarządzania wiedzą. Najważniejszym elementem systemu zarządzania jest człowiek. Zatem kluczowe jest zapewnienie rozwoju adekwatnego do stanowiska i możliwości każdego pracownika. Praktyki stomatologiczne to zazwyczaj niewielkie firmy. Współcześnie niemal w każdej można jednak wyodrębnić kilka zespołów takich jak: lekarze, asystentki, higienistki, osoby w recepcji. Niektóre praktyki posiadają w swoim zespole także menedżera. Wszystkie te grupy muszą na co dzień efektywnie ze sobą współpracować.

SUMMARY
This article introduces the implementation of the knowledge management system. The most important element of the management system is man. It is therefore crucial to ensure that the development is adequate to the position and capabilities of each employee. Dental practices are usually small businesses. Today, however, it is possible to distinguish several teams, such as doctors, assistants, hygienists, receptionists. Some practices also have a manager in their team. All these groups must work together effectively each day.
