STRESZCZENIE

Leczenie periodontologiczne polega na leczeniu chorób przyzębia. Zapalenie przyzębia powoduje niszczenie tkanek otaczających ząb, a w konsekwencji powstawanie ubytków dziąsła i kości. Zaawansowana choroba przyzębia może doprowadzić do utraty zębów. Kompleksowe specjalistyczne leczenie periodontologiczne obejmuje diagnostykę, zaplanowanie i leczenie początkowych jak i zaawansowanych stadiów choroby przyzębia oraz właściwą profilaktykę, aby utrzymać uzyskane efekty leczenia. Dzisiejsze rozwiązania i metody leczenia pozwalają na skuteczne leczenie.

SUMMARY

The field of dentistry treatment of periodontal disease is periodontology. Periodontitis causes destruction of the tissues surrounding the tooth, causing the formation of gums and bone loss. Advanced periodontal disease can lead to tooth loss. Comprehensive specialized periodontal treatment includes diagnostics, planning and treatment of initial and advanced stages of periodontal disease and appropriate prophylaxis to maintain the results achieved treatment. Today's solutions and methods of treatment give a satisfactory result.
