Zmiany błony śluzowej są często objawem chorób ogólnoustrojowych. Często nie dają choremu żadnych dolegliwości, najczęściej są wykrywane przypadkiem przez stomatologa. To nakłada na niego szczególną odpowiedzialność i konieczność dokładnego poznania jej fizjologii i patologii. W poniższym artykule opisano najczęstsze schorzenia błony śluzowej jamy ustnej w diagnostyce chorób ogólnoustrojowych.

SUMMARY

Changes in the mucous membrane is often a symptom of systemic diseases. They do not give the patient often asymptomatic hence they are most often discovered by chance by a dentist. This imposes a special responsibility and the need for exact knowledge of its physiology and pathology. The following article describes the most common diseases of the oral mucosa.
