STRESZCZENIE

Stały nadzór higienistki i lekarza dentysty w fazie następowej leczenia stomatologicznego stanowi normę w profesjonalnym postępowaniu, w którym zależy nam na uzyskaniu trwałego i przewidywalnego efektu. Powikłania obserwowane w późniejszym okresie wynikają często z braku prawidłowego przeprowadzania tej fazy leczenia pacjenta. W artykule opisywane są istotne elementy składające się na proces podtrzymania uzyskanego efektu leczenia.

SUMMARY

Permanent supervision of the hygienist and the Dentist in the recall phase constitutes the dental treatment norm in professional proceedings, in which we care about getting long-lasting and predictable effect. Observed complications in the late period often result for lack of correct action during this phase of treatment. In this article crucial elements of this process are being described.
