SUMMARY
The contemporary patient who comes for a visit to the dental office is usually the person who is in a full day duties. A visit to the dentist is often the next task to achieve given day. Dental staff should remember this and take care adequately for the patient during the dental treatment and immediately after it. It is the details often determine how a patient feels, how he sees our dental office and whether he would be happy to come back.
